Online Personal Training
I offer 30 min or 60 min sessions via online video. Video sessions will help you perform a challenging workout that will contribute towards whatever your movement goal is.

In-Person Training
Train with Logan one on one at the gym. I offer 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min sessions. Please reach out for more details.

CPR/AED/First Aid Training
I offer emergency training to help you develop the skills to save lives! Schedule a one on one class or contact me to find out when my next class is.
